Responsibilities

Seek volunteer opportunities; Introduce programs to other organizations, businesses, or schools that we may partner with in the future; incoming/outgoing calls or emails; responsible for maintaining relationships. Our goal is to partner with 10 organizations. This position is responsible for tracking tasks and interactions according to above. 

Creative strategies to introduce new Apparel or programs to the public. This should include concepts such as campaigns, social media, newsletters, etc... 

 Designs all apparel and establishes pricing that is most advantageous to our organization. 

 Prayer before all events and ministering to our friends in hopes of leading them to Christ.

Responsible for planning all events which includes volunteer request; venue setup; budget planning. This will include all fundraising as well as mandated events such as Street Diner, Weekly Blessings, & Annual 27Strong Events. 

 Social Media presence and 27Strong Challenge. 

Requires an individual that can be very direct while expressing empathy. Responsibilities will include communicating with the public as well as our friends, the value of Pen Pal. Our objective is that every friend has a Pen Pal volunteer.

Responsible for creating and implementing ideas for teens graduating high school and adults re-entering the workforce; to improve their chances for success. This position is responsible for tracking tasks and interactions according to above. 

Will ensure all students meet the 27Strong requirements and that parents understand what is required; incoming/outgoing calls or emails. Vetting will be strict for volunteers, and we need a reliable individual that will not put the youth at risk. Fundraising ideas will also play a huge role. We seek an individual to plan or conduct therapeutic art workshops using modern techniques to help individuals release emotions, find clarity, and process pain. This type of therapeutic art will be used during freelance painting sessions on canvas. 

A person that cares and understands the importance of the opportunity of a higher education. Responsibilities include reading various essays and selecting the best applicant without any prejudice; incoming/outgoing calls or emails. Fundraising ideas are major part of this role because scholarships are strictly contingent upon donations. This position is responsible for tracking tasks and interactions according to above.
