NO JUDGMENT Confidentiality AGREEMENT

Attendees Responsibilities & Agreement  

* I understand that 27Strong has established No Judgement to create a safe place for individuals to discuss matters they are personally struggling with. 

* I am aware the No Judgement representative(s) are not counselors or doctors, but individuals willing to share some life experiences if it will help someone else. 

* Under NO circumstance should any information disclosed be shared with others. All situations are confidential and designed to encourage one another. 

* I will be respectful to host and guests without any bias or prejudice because I understand that we all have our own struggles, and I WILL NOT judge. 

* I hereby understand that 27Strong is not liable for the opinions of others.

* I hereby understand that 27Strong is not liable for any misused information.

* I understand that I am subject to legal action should I disregard the above confidentiality agreement.
