Dr. Victoria Middleton is an Adjunct Professor at Ecumenical Theological Seminary. Her doctorate degree is centered on self-care from a mind, body and spirit perspective. She is a highly respected Board Certified Chaplain at the Visiting Nurses Hospice Association of Dallas. Her joy and excitement of servant leadership is contagious! So is her understanding that positive changes are inevitable once a willingness to commit has been declared.
She has been a professional speaker, coach, mortgage advisor, and emotional spiritual consultant for over sixteen years, guiding people toward their own self-actualization through centering, promoting authenticity, health, and empowerment. Dr. Victoria conducts workshops, and seminars in diverse areas such as hospitals, women’s groups, personal/spiritual growth and development programs, businesses, and higher education institutions for the last 14 years.
She is the owner of a business called "Selfcare Dr. V, LLC." which is a consulting firm geared to help individuals, couples, business organizations, educational systems, non-profit organizations, and healthcare systems staff master the art of taking care of themselves while attending to the needs of others, which promotes mental/behavioral and emotional/spiritual health and wellbeing. Her legacy of servant leadership has been her life's work.
She founded the R.I.S.E Program as a method not only teaching children to say “No” to drugs and alcohol but to create a safe, judgment-free environment where they can openly discuss their struggles without fear of stigma or criticism. This program provides children the help and support they need to gain a better self-understanding and to make more informed decisions that will positively impact the trajectory of their futures.

We are committed to empowering individuals through mental health awareness, substance abuse education, and community-driven support. Through a foundation of unity, strength, and faith, we equip participants with the tools to overcome life’s challenges, make informed decisions, and build resilient, purpose-driven lives in a judgment-free environment.
The 27Strong R.I.S.E. Program (Restore. Inspire. Strengthen. Empower.) is a modern, community-driven initiative designed to address the root causes of substance abuse and mental health challenges through education, support, and personal development. Grounded in the core values of unity, strength, and a judgment-free environment, this program moves beyond traditional prevention models by creating safe spaces where individuals can openly share their experiences, gain deeper understanding, and receive meaningful encouragement.
By integrating mental health awareness, drug and alcohol education, and practical life skills, participants are equipped with the tools necessary to make informed decisions, build resilience, and navigate the pressures of everyday life. The program is delivered through a combination of school-based workshops, community sessions, and virtual support groups, including the No Judgement platform—ensuring accessibility, consistency, and ongoing engagement.
Led by community leaders and mental health professionals, and supported through strategic partnerships—including optional collaboration with law enforcement as community allies—the program fosters trust, relatability, and accountability at every level.
Ultimately, the 27Strong R.I.S.E. Program is designed not only to help individuals avoid harmful behaviors, but to restore identity, inspire growth, strengthen mindset, and empower lasting change—developing confident, purpose-driven individuals who positively impact their communities while living out the belief that Together We Can Do More.
