Photo release

For valuable consideration, I do hereby authorize 27Strong, and those acting pursuant to its authority to:

1) I consent and grant permission to 27Strong and any applicable media agencies acting on behalf of 27Strong, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute and publish the Photo or for any multimedia now or hereinafter developed for any purpose in which 27Strong engages, including any promotion, advertisement or other conduct of trade.

2) I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release, to the maximum extent permitted by law, 27Strong from any claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with my Photo and Multimedia or the use thereof even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness of any such party. 

3) If volunteer is under 18 years of age, I hereby affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of said volunteer and over 18 years of age. This consent of Photography and Multimedia Release Form shall be binding upon me, my heirs, and legal representatives. 

4) This agreement will remain until 27Strong receives notice of revocation in writing.
